Owner and Principal Consultant  -  Richard Ingram OBE

 

Richard has over 36 years experience as an executive director, leader and commander in many large, dynamic and successful organisations of the Royal Navy and UK Ministry of Defence.  He has extensive credentials in strategic planning, maritime operations, leadership and both Individual and Collective training.  On leaving the Royal Navy in 2016 he established Albahar Consulting Ltd and has been busy completing many successful projects since.

Skilled expert in the application of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).

Proficient communicator, including media relations and high-level presentations.
